Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using SocialLoop — an event-management platform for registration, live engagement, games, surveys, and photo galleries — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SocialLoop.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
• Upload photos of people without appropriate consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, events, or our systems.
• Abuse the platform through spam, scraping, or automated bulk activity.
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload — photos, event descriptions, survey questions, and responses. By uploading content, you grant SocialLoop a limited license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing event photos in that event's gallery). Event organizers control the visibility of content within their events.

5. Organizer responsibilities

If you organize events on SocialLoop, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws for your event, obtaining any necessary consents from attendees (including for photos), and using attendee data only for legitimate event purposes.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep SocialLoop reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialLoop and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using SocialLoop and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
